The professional tracking services is a Reno Nevada based organization dedicated to the art of tracking.
  
The primary goal of our organization is to provide high-quality, low-cost instruction to Military, Law Enforcement, and Search and Rescue groups for the purposes of locating lost or missing subjects. The same skills can be used to track and apprehend fugitives, escapees and suspects on the run. It can also be used to locate, identify, discriminate and interpret sign in a crime scene.

We also provide consulting services for Law Enforcement agencies along with case preparation for District Attorneys offices for the purpose of court room testimony.

Police train vultures to find human remains

German police are testing the use of vultures to seek out human corpses in a unique project aimed at dramatically speeding up criminal investigations.

I’m a Deputy Sheriff and have taken Fernando’s Tactical Tracking and Scout Tracking courses. Both classes were outstanding and the instruction had a one on one feeling to it.  I have been able to use the training I have received from Fernando in my everyday patrol duties. I recommend this class to any law enforcement personnel who work in the field or who is involved in tactical teams.  The training has also assisted me in investigating crime scenes. Hi Everyone. Just last week I was at Sarex in California teaching tracking to over 20 counties. The Sarex went very well and I met new friends and the class went well. Now I am on the run again to Del Norte County for another tracking class for SAR.

Hi Everyone in Washington State, it is like a rain forest.  When I was there teaching a tracking class it was raining almost every day.  The birds there are really beautiful, and the terrain is very very heavy vegetation.   If you ever have a chance go check it out, it’s a beautiful area to visit.

Fernando believes tracking is a specialized skill that needs to be included as a part of every law enforcement organization. It is a skill that requires little to no modern technology that can fail and cause complications on missions. It has been proven to be very valuable in my area operation and I am quite certain it would be just as valuable in yours. Where ever that may be.

Fernando Moreira is a long time member of the Washoe County Sheriff’s Hasty team and is a Nevada State P.O.S.T certified Investigative Tracker and Instructor. Tracking for more than 30 years. Moreira has tracked during combat in Africa and, in Law Enforcement setting, has successfully located missing persons and wanted suspects( including a 15 mile urban suburban track that identified and led to the capture of a cop- killer) and has tracked and worked with many Swat teams and crime scenes involving kidnappings, rapes and homicides. Moreira has been called in to track in many Municipal and County Departments.
